Cold Brew

  • What You’ll Need:

    • 90g of Render Cold Brew

    • 1L of filtered cold water

    • 1L container 

    • Cheese clothes

    • Strainer

  • Guide:

    • Grind: medium

    • Brew Time: 24 hours

    • Water Temperature: Cold or Room Temperature

    • Water to coffee ratio: 90g: 1L

  1. Grind 90g of Render Cold Brew to a medium ground

  2. Add coffee grinds to container and fill completely with cold or room temperature water

  3. Agitate coffee with a stirrer or seal container and turn over a few times to mix

  4. Place container in fridge and mix again after 12 hours

  5. Place 2 layers of cheesecloth over a fine strainer (or 3 layers without strainer) over a bowl. After 24 hours, pour through cheesecloth.

  6. Enjoy! Can be stored in a fridge for 3 days. Dilute with ice and water to taste!

  • To make an iced coffee with this concentrate:

    • Add 200mL of cold brew concentrate to 50mL of cold water and ice to your liking. Stir and enjoy!
